Riverland Festival 2015

THANK YOU RIVERLAND for your support of the second annual Riverland Health & Wellbeing Festival held on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2015 and big thanks to Alex at the McCormick Centre for the Environment for such a fabulous eco-friendly venue to exhibit in.

It was great to see some people return from last year’s festival and welcome those who had travelled from Mildura and Adelaide to join in the celebrations.

The Weekend Pass proved popular with many people returning to the festival on Sunday to attend some of the free weekends that they missed out on Saturday because there was so much to do and see!

THANK YOU
to our Media Partner, Riverland Radio for their continued support of this community and family-friendly festival and to The Murray Pioneer for their support.

The Festival is a celebration of local health and well-being professionals that offers visitors and the community with the opportunity to connect in an open, market-style atmosphere that is relaxed and welcoming.

There were free Workshops, Meditation Sessions, Come and Try Belly Dancing with local artist Sapphire Rose, live music by SA Singer/Songwriter Mary Laslett, an exclusive Day Spa Room where visitors could experience a wellness treatment in a relaxed and secluded area.

Loxton-based Purple Carrot Catering provided a delicious festival menu for the weekend that kept exhibitors and visitors very happy, and Mario’s Numero Uno coffee van was a bit hit too!

Visitors were welcomed by the beautiful angelic voice of SA Singer/Songwriter Mary Laslett as she performed live in the Al Fresco dining area and offered sound healings in the large Tibetan singing bowl. Local belly dancer Sapphire Rose also performed outside for visitors on Sunday.

Big thanks to the Renmark Golf Resort for sponsoring the FREE DOOR PRIZE of one nights’ accommodation for two at the Renmark Golf Resort.
